Curation Note
The Tasting
-
Appearance & Nose
01The Sangiovese, the principal grape of this area, expresses itself here with the support of Colorino and Ancelotta, in a declared balanced vintage.

Palate & Finish
02In the glass, the purple color suggests a wine capable of blending a light body with a sensation of fullness. The woody notes, barely hinted at and dissolving, integrate with a crisp, ripe fruit, showing a remarkable synthesis between tradition and modernity. This elegant sparkling wine, a true reflection of the territory without manipulation, would be magnificent with a Florentine steak, pappardelle with wild boar ragù, or roast porchetta.
