02Warm and enveloping attack, with good freshness and silky tannins. Solid and complex structure, well-balanced, with notable softness. Finish of good length, persistent on fruity and spicy notes; good aging potential. Tagliatelle with ragu, beef fillet in crust, stewed wild boar, aged cheeses.
