After a long aging of at least 24 months, 12 of which in barrels of various sizes, it presents itself in the glass with depth and character, inviting robust pairings. Ideal with dishes of Mediterranean cuisine such as orecchiette with lamb ragù, eggplant rolls, or beef tagliata.
