Brilliant straw yellow, clear, fine and persistent foam. Floral notes of acacia and wisteria, hints of green apple and pear, citrus undertones. Soft entry, marked freshness, absence of tannins, light body.

Linear evolution, pleasant sapidity, good balance, medium persistence. Fresh and clean finish, closes with notes of almond and citrus, ready to drink. Aperitif, raw seafood, spaghetti with clams, rice salad.
