The Tasting
-
Appearance & Nose
01The terraced hills of Ravello and Scala, sun-exposed at 300-400 meters above sea level, give this white wine a sunny and marine personality. Falanghina, in particular, imparts a vibrant fruity aroma, enriched by floral notes that blend with the citrus freshness of Biancolella. In the glass, its pale straw to greenish hues foreshadow a vibrant sip.

Palate & Finish
02The tangy finish, well-supported, amplifies the aromatic fragrance, making it an ideal companion for raw seafood, spaghetti with clams, and fried anchovies.
