01Brilliant ruby red, clear, fine and persistent foam. Fragrant bouquet of fresh red fruits (cherry, raspberry), floral notes of violet and herbaceous hints. Fresh and lively attack, good acidity, silky tannins, lean body.

02Clean evolution, marked sapidity, harmonious and dynamic. Dry and pleasantly bitter finish, good persistence, ready to drink. Local cured meats, green tortelli, fried gnocco, cappelletti in broth.
