01Intense and bright ruby red, evanescent foam, fine and persistent perlage. Intense aroma of violet, raspberry, and ripe strawberry, with notes of yeast and toasted almond. Fresh and savory attack, with pleasant acidity, delicate tannins, slender and vibrant body.

Palate & Finish
02Complex evolution, with good structure, balance between sweetness and acidity, long aromatic persistence. Clean and thirst-quenching finish, with fruity notes and a hint of bitter almond, limited aging potential. Ideal with local cured meats, tortellini in broth, lasagna bolognese, and cotechino with lentils.
