Soft attack, silky tannins, medium-full body, good freshness. Aromatic complexity, elegant structure, balanced, long persistence. Long finish, notes of ripe fruit and sweet spices, good aging potential. Roast red meats, game, aged cheeses, sautéed porcini mushrooms.
