Palate & Finish

Soft, sapid attack, velvety tannins, full and enveloping body. Great aromatic complexity, robust structure, magnificent balance, exceptional persistence. Long and warm finish, balsamic and dried fruit notes, excellent aging potential. Wild boar stew, beef braised, aged cheeses, dark chocolate.
