01Le Cantine Imperatore with "Il Sogno" presents us with a sparkling wine of strong character, the result of extended vinification with temperature control and a significant 36-month aging period, of which 24 months were in low-Borgogne barriques in a karst cave and 12 months in tonneau.

Palate & Finish
02In the glass, this Primitivo di Gioia del Colle reveals itself as garnet red with delicate orange hues, promising an elegant and velvety aroma on the nose, an aromatic bouquet of notable breadth and persistence. On the palate, it offers a pleasant fullness, a slightly tannic taste, and a sense of complete harmony. It is a wine that will find its perfect expression with dishes such as roasted noble game, porcini mushrooms, and aged cheeses.
