Pale pink, clear, fine and persistent perlage. Nose of fresh strawberry, notes of candied citrus, hints of bread crust and yeast. Vibrant, juicy attack, good acidic spine, medium body.
Palate & Finish

Evolution with nuances of ripe red fruit, increasing aromatic complexity, remarkable balance. Long, clean, savory finish, with a promise of evolution. Excellent with swordfish carpaccio, tagliatelle with white rabbit ragu, medium-aged cheeses.
