Appearance & Nose

Pale straw yellow with coppery reflections. Nose of green apple, pear, floral notes of acacia and a mineral note reminiscent of flint.
Palate & Finish

On the palate, fresh and vibrant attack with good acidity, slender body and soft tannins. Evolution on delicate fruity notes, with a balanced structure and a pleasant persistence. Medium-length finish, clean, with hints of citrus and discreet aging potential.
