Pale straw yellow, clear. Intense bouquet of white peach, candied citrus, alpine herbs, and a mineral touch.
Palate & Finish

Fresh and vibrant entry, savory, with a slight almond note and medium body. Complex evolution, driven by acidity, with floral hints and good harmony. Clean and persistent finish, with echoes of orange blossom and aging potential. Excellent with baked salmon trout, ricotta and spinach ravioli, seafood salad.
