01Deep, luminous garnet red. Aromas of dried rose, tar, licorice, and earthy notes.

02Soft attack, good freshness, silky tannins, and full body. Great aromatic complexity, solid structure, and excellent balance, with remarkable persistence. Long, balsamic finish, with significant aging potential. Ideal with roast lamb, Barolo-braised beef, sautéed porcini mushrooms, and aged cheeses.
