02Silky attack, great freshness, elegant yet present tannins, full body. Aromatic complexity, vibrant structure, magnificent balance, very long persistence. Long and clean finish, echoes of sweet spices and tobacco, great aging potential. Braised beef with Barolo, wild boar stew, medium-long aged cheeses.
