01Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections, clear and with fine, persistent perlage. Floral of hawthorn and broom, crisp green apple and a mineral note. Fresh and lively entry, good acidity, slender body, nothing tannic.

02Savory and clean evolution, clear fruity expression, good balance. Fragrant and medium-long finish, notes of candied citrus, ready to drink. Excellent with seafood salads, light fried dishes, spaghetti with clams, fresh cheeses.
