BUBLÍ Falanghina Spumante Extra Dry
The Tasting
A guided note in three moments, by our curators
-
Appearance & Nose
01Since 1966, Cantina Sociale di Solopaca has selected hand-picked Falanghina grapes, processing them with soft pressing and cold fermentation in steel for about fifteen to twenty days, before aging on fine lees.
-
Palate & Finish
02This Martinotti method, with a subsequent refermentation in autoclave for over three months, gives BUBLÍ a fine foam and a lively perlage that develops into a beautiful yellow with greenish reflections.

At the Table
03On the nose, its freshness is expressed with notes of jasmine and apple, an invitation to conviviality that suggests pairings with seafood, battered vegetables, and fresh cheeses.
