01From Salento, a land kissed by the sun and rich in wine history, comes a white Malvasia I.G.P. that captivates with its bold interpretation.

Palate & Finish
02Its intense deep yellow color fades towards orange hues, a sign of a particular winemaking process involving long maceration of the must in contact with the skins. This process, which accompanies alcoholic fermentation, gives the wine a distinctive character and a marked olfactory complexity, with fruity aromas evoking ripe pear and grape skins.

03On the palate, the Malvasia reveals its fullness, a gustatory experience that pairs magnificently with baked fish dishes, stuffed vegetables, or medium-aged cheeses.
