The Chardonnay, cultivated in Salento and vinified here by the Cantina Sociale Cooperativa di San Donaci, presents with a beautiful yellow color.

On the nose, floral and fruity aromas are perceived, with a distinct note of ripe apple accompanied by hints of tropical fruit and more elegant nuances suggesting its aging.
At the Table

After a period in oak barrels and at least a year of bottle aging, this wine, with its 12.5% alcohol content, proves to be a pleasant accompaniment for dishes such as seafood risotto, grilled swordfish, or chicken with lemon.
