Salice Salentino Rosso D.O.P., a blend led by Negroamaro with a decisive presence (90%) and the contribution of 10% Malvasia Nera, presents itself with an alcohol content of 13.50% vol. Grown on deep alluvial soils with calcareous undertones, trained using the alberello and spurred cordon methods, this wine promises a solid territorial expression. On the nose, the characteristic fruity and slightly spicy notes that Negroamaro can bestow are perceived, supported by a good structure.

On the palate, it reveals itself as a red wine with a decisive character, inviting to accompany robust dishes of Puglian tradition such as orecchiette with turnip tops, grilled bombette, or lamb stew.
