Intense ruby red with violet reflections, clear. Intense and fruity, with notes of sour cherry, ripe plum, and floral hints of violet, nuances of black pepper and a light earthy note.
Palate & Finish

Enveloping and soft, with a fresh acidity that balances the tannic structure, full and silky body. Complex and harmonious, with a good structure that evolves towards mature notes of licorice and cocoa, well-balanced. Long and persistent, with a fruity and spicy finish that leaves a pleasant warm sensation, good aging potential. Tagliatelle with ragù, roasted veal, aged cheeses, braised wild boar.
