Bright straw yellow, clear, fine and persistent perlage. Intense notes of green apple, citrus, white flowers and hints of bread crust. Fresh and lively entry, good acidity, slender body, no tannins.
Palate & Finish

Clean, harmonious evolution, well-balanced between fruit and minerality, remarkable aromatic persistence. Long and savory finish, with citrus returns, good potential for aging in bottle. Aperitif with appetizers, swordfish carpaccio, warm seafood salad, spaghetti with clams.
