Soft, fresh, present but elegant tannins, medium body. Harmonious, evolving on notes of licorice and cocoa, good structure. Long, vinosity and persistent finish, discreet aging potential. Tagliatelle with ragù, agnolotti del plin, braised beef with Barolo, aged cheeses.
