Brilliant ruby red, transparent, fine and persistent perlage. Nose of fresh red fruits, morello cherry, floral notes and a hint of almond. Fresh and lively attack, good acidity, soft tannins, slender body.
Palate & Finish

Clean and pleasant evolution, gustatory harmony, good structure, savory finish. Medium-long finish, fruity and slightly bitter notes, ready to drink. Appetizers of cured meats, first courses with light sauces, roasted white meats, fresh cheeses.
