Pecorino igp terre di chieti
The Tasting
A guided note in three moments, by our curators
-
Appearance & Nose
01Cantina San Zeffeino dedicates careful processing to its Pecorino IGP Terre di Chieti, starting with manual grape harvesting, followed by light pressing and clarification of the must at low temperatures. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature, while aging, maturation, and evolution occur in cement vats. In the glass, it presents a pale straw-yellow color, enhanced by greenish reflections, characteristic of this indigenous grape variety. The aroma is intense and pleasant, with a subtle aromatic hint evoking citrus notes.
