Intense straw yellow, clear, fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, it presents notes of citrus, white flowers, toasted bread, and toasted almond.
Palate & Finish

Fresh and vibrant attack, good sapidity, elegant and silky body. Complex evolution with a mineral texture, impeccable balance between acidity and softness. Long and clean finish, with echoes of dried fruit and great aging potential.
