02The grape, 100% Pinot Nero, comes from the Feldi Vineyard, a terroir in Roveré della Luna characterized by stony soil with sandy and clayey traces, managed with a limited yield of 45 hl/ha. Manual harvesting and subsequent maceration of 6-8 days in French oak truncated cone vats are key steps to preserve the integrity of the fruit.
