Pale straw yellow, clear. Intense and fragrant, with notes of white peach, tropical fruit, elderflower, and a mineral hint.
Palate & Finish

Fresh and vibrant entry, with good acidity, slender body, and absence of tannins. Linear evolution, with fruity and floral hints, well-balanced and of discrete complexity. Clean and persistent finish, with saline and citrus notes, ready to drink. Excellent with seafood appetizers, rice salads and cold pasta, steamed shellfish, fresh cheeses.
