Appearance & Nose
01Brilliant, pale rosé, fine and persistent perlage. Aromas of wild strawberries, raspberries, dry pastry, and a hint of rhubarb candy. Dry, full-bodied, fresh, with a slight tannicity.

Palate & Finish
02Complex, structured, balanced, with good aromatic persistence. Long, clean finish, with aging potential. Excellent with fish appetizers, light first courses, delicate cured meats, aperitif.
