Palate & Finish

Fresh and fragrant entry, delicate tannins, light body. Pleasantly fruity and floral evolution, good harmony. Fresh and medium-long finish, with echoes of small red fruits. Excellent with mixed appetizers, light first courses, lake fish, and white meats.
