01Deep ruby, clear. Nose of ripe cherry, withered violet, balsamic notes, and a hint of leather.

02Soft, juicy entry, with silky tannins and good freshness. Complex, enveloping evolution, of notable structure and great balance. Long, persistent finish, with hints of licorice and aging potential.

03Pairs beautifully with braised beef in Barolo, stewed game, aged cheeses, and porcini mushroom dishes.
