01Pale straw yellow, clear, fine and persistent perlage. Nose of green apple, ripe pear, white flowers and a hint of toasted almond. Soft and fragrant entry, good freshness, slender body, absence of tannins.

Palate & Finish
02Juicy and pleasantly aromatic evolution, well-balanced, clean finish. Medium-long finish, notes of citrus and slight hints of brioche, ready to drink. Excellent as an aperitif, with raw fish appetizers, light fried dishes, delicate first courses.
