Appearance & Nose
01The Pecorino grapes, grown on medium-textured soils with a South-East exposure and trained using the Guyot method, give life to a wine with an intense straw-yellow color. On the nose, it reveals itself to be elegant, with aromas that invite discovery.

Palate & Finish
02The manual harvest in late September and the subsequent fermentation in cement tanks at a controlled temperature help to preserve the freshness and typicality of the grape variety. After four months of aging in cement and two months of refinement in the bottle, this Clivis is ready to be enjoyed at 12°C, beautifully accompanying baked fatty fish and white meats.
