01Brilliant straw yellow, clear, fine and persistent perlage. Fresh bouquet of green apple and pear, with delicate floral notes of wisteria and citrus hints. Lively entry, marked acidity, slender body and good sapidity.

02Clean and linear evolution, good integration of the bubbles, clean finish. Good length, almond notes and a refreshing closure, good aging potential. Excellent as an aperitif, ideal with fish carpaccio, seafood salads, light first courses.
