Fresh and savory on the attack, with good acidity and body. Complex and persistent, it evolves with minerality and a citrus finish. Long, with saline and floral echoes, promising for a few years in the cellar. Ideal with raw seafood, spaghetti with clams, baked fish, and fresh cheeses.
