Caiaffa, with its organic winery Le Torri, presents a white wine born from the union of Fiano and Chardonnay in equal measure, with carefully worked grapes. After destemming and crushing, the must is left to macerate for six hours to enhance its varietal characteristics, then fermented in steel at a controlled temperature. In the glass, this wine reveals itself to be pleasing to the eye, inviting you to discover the aromas it allows to emerge.

On the palate, its structure is well-present, making it an ideal companion for dishes such as a vegetable frittata, spaghetti with clams, or baked sea bass.
