Palate & Finish

Soft attack, fresh acidity, silky tannins, medium body. Harmonious evolution, good aromatic complexity, balance between fruit and acidity, pleasant persistence. Clean and medium-long finish, cherry notes, ready to drink with good aging potential. Ideal with local cured meats, agnolotti with roast sauce, rabbit in porchetta, and medium-aged cheeses.
