02Soft attack, good vibrant acidity, silky and enveloping tannins, full body. Evolving complexity, solid structure, magnificent balance, very long finish. Elegant and deep finish, balsamic and undergrowth notes, great aging potential. Braised beef, stewed game, aged hard cheeses.
