Soft attack, fresh acidity, silky tannins, full body. Complex evolution, elegant structure, remarkable balance, long finish. Clean and persistent finish, with fruity and spicy notes, good aging potential. Ideal with agnolotti del plin, braised beef with Barolo, aged cheeses, game.
