Soft attack, great citrus freshness, full and enveloping body. Aromatic complexity that evolves on buttery and spicy notes, balanced and structured. Long and persistent finish, with returns of dried fruit and evolutionary potential. Perfect with stewed eel, gratinéed scampi, tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms.
