01Intense garnet, clear. ripe red fruits, sweet spices (vanilla, cinnamon), toasted and earthy notes.

Palate & Finish
02Enveloping attack, soft but lively, silky tannins, full and structured body. Evolution with notes of jam, dark chocolate and a balsamic hint, great balance and depth. Long and persistent finish, with spicy returns and a pleasant mineral vein. Wild boar stew, beef braised, aged blue cheeses, game.
