02Soft and enveloping attack, good freshness, velvety but present tannins, full body. Harmonious evolution, well-defined aromatic complexity, balanced and well-structured. Persistent finish with echoes of ripe fruit and sweet spices, interesting aging potential. Herb-crusted lamb chops, braised game, hard aged cheeses.
