Brilliant, clear ruby red. Bouquet of fresh cherry, ripe plum, floral hints of violet, and a light spicy note.
Palate & Finish

Fresh and fruity entry, soft and silky tannins, lean but well-defined body. Evolution pleasingly consistent with the nose, good structure, clear expression of fruit, harmonious and clean finish. Good length, persistent fruity notes, promising for short aging. Excellent with cured meats, pasta dishes with meat sauces, roasted white meats, medium-aged cheeses.
