01Intense, clear garnet red. Intense bouquet of ripe red fruit (sour cherry, plum), sweet spices (vanilla, cinnamon), balsamic notes and hints of leather.

Palate & Finish
02Warm and enveloping attack, good freshness, silky but present tannins, full and robust body. Remarkable aromatic complexity, imposing structure, balance between alcohol and acidity, long taste persistence. Long and harmonious finish, with echoes of jammy fruit and cocoa, great aging potential. Excellent with game, braised meats, aged cheeses and dark chocolate.
