Bright straw yellow, clear, fine and persistent perlage. Floral notes of acacia and hawthorn, hints of green apple and citrus. Fresh and lively entry, good acidity, light body, no tannic sensation.
Palate & Finish

Soft evolution, pleasant sapidity, harmonious balance, clean finish. Medium-long finish, fruity and floral notes that dissolve gently, ready to drink. Excellent as an aperitif, with fish appetizers, shellfish, light fried dishes, and tempura vegetables.
