01Bright and transparent ruby red. Intense aroma of strawberry and raspberry with peppery, at times floral notes.

02Soft attack, fresh acidity, silky tannins, medium body. Aromatic complexity that evolves with elegance, well-balanced, good structure. Clean and persistent finish, with notes of white pepper and red berries, good aging potential. Excellent with agnolotti del plin, vitello tonnato, Piedmontese cured meats, medium-aged cheeses.
