Brilliant straw yellow, clear, fine and persistent perlage. Fragrant nose of green apple, pear, floral notes of hawthorn and a slight mineral note. Fresh and lively attack, good acidic shoulder, slender body, sapid.
Palate & Finish

Linear evolution, clean, with a pleasant sensation of effervescence and good aromatic integrity. Dry and clean finish, medium length, with echoes of citrus and an almond finish. Excellent as an aperitif, with raw shellfish, seafood salad, vegetable fritters.
