02Soft and warm, sweetness balanced by a discreet freshness, polished tannins, full and silky body. Great aromatic complexity, imposing structure, harmonious and persistent. Long and satisfying finish, with echoes of candied fruit and toasted almond, notable evolutionary potential. Ideal with dry almond pastries, aged blue cheeses, dark chocolate and braised game.
