Bright, clear ruby red. Intense notes of ripe cherry and small red fruits, floral hints of violet, spicy and earthy undertones.
Palate & Finish

Soft attack, fresh acidity, silky tannins, medium body. Elegant evolution, good complexity, balanced and pleasantly persistent finish. Final notes of licorice and cocoa, good aging potential. Pici with cacio e pepe, wild boar stew, bistecca alla fiorentina, aged cheeses.
