Bright straw yellow, clear, fine and persistent perlage. Fragrant, aromas of green apple, citrus and delicate floral notes. Fresh, vibrant, medium-bodied, good sapidity.
Palate & Finish

Elegant evolution, balance between acidity and fruit, excellent persistence. Clean finish, slightly almondy, ready to drink. Excellent as an aperitif, with shellfish, fish carpaccio and fresh cheeses.
